The Cm7 is a passing chord, it's not played every time
through, but is used frequently...

Then comes the jam, which starts with Bm7 > C#m7, and eventually
evolves into Bm7 > C#m7 > D > Em > F#m > G > A > back to Bm7

After the jam peaks, there's a riff that foreshadows the
hall of the mountain king ending. Let all the notes ring,
and play this 4 times...

Then there's a part where they hit Bm real hard twice and then have
drum fills, do that a few times, then play the above arpeggio again,
then more jamming in the same style as the first buildup jam, then it goes into
In The Hall of The Mountain King (usually),

you'll have to play it in the key of B, 2 frets up from the tab on this site...
The piano plays a melody like this, which you can mix into strumming the chords,
and it will sound pretty good...
